All concealed/internal water supply lines inside the Villa shall be ISI marked CPVC Pipes from SUPREME / FINOLEX or equivalent. All External water supply lines shall be UPVC/ASTM pipe from SUPREME / FINOLEX or equivalent. Drainage lines and storm water drain pipes shall be with SWR PVC. Individual septic tank with soak pits for each villa.
Basement/Foundation in Random Rubble masonry over PCC 10 cm thick in M10 mix (1:3:6) as per design. Plinth beam (15cm x 23cm) in M20 mix (1:1.5:3). Termite treatment as per specification.
